Itinerary


DAY 1 – ARRIVAL IN CAPE TOWN – Arrival at Cape Town Airport, followed by transfer to your hotel. Rest of the day at leisure.

Cape Town: Cape Town is situated on a small peninsula on the southern tip of Africa which penetrates into the Atlantic ocean. It is the main tourist destination in South Africa and it’s the fourth largest urban Centre. Known as the  “Mother city” Cape Town’s buildings, streets and ambience reflect  the cultures and traditions of several of its ancestral inhabitants, from Europe, Africa  and the Far East , making it one of the most  cosmopolitan and beautiful cities of the word.

In the evening, enjoy dinner at one of the several restaurants in the V&A Waterfront, one of the city’s main attractions (at own expense).

DAY 2 – CAPE TOWN – Day at leisure for individual activities. We recommend a visit to the Cape of Good Hope, tour to the Cape Winelands, tour to the Table Mountain or shopping at the V&A Waterfront Complex (Tours not included in the package - please contact us for more information).

DAY 3 – CAPE TOWN / SANBONA WILDLIFE RESERVE – Breakfast at the hotel. At time to be informed, road  transfer across the rolling hills and spectacular scenery of the Cape to Sanbona Wildlife Reserve (an easy 3 hour drive, approximately 270 kms from Cape Town).

Sanbona Wildlife Reserve - The Western Cape’s Premier Wildlife Destination, Sanbona Wildlife Reserve is Seated at the foot of the Warmwaterberg Mountain Range in the heart of South Africa’s Little Karoo. Sanbona pays tribute to the San people who made this arid environment their home for centuries. Sanbona has an alluring atmosphere of stillness, an air of isolation amid the raw beauty and boundless plains. You can choose to stay at:

Tilney Manor Lodge: Tranquillity amidst a secluded oasis. It consists of 3 separate units including 6 large open plan suites, each opening onto private verandas overlooking breath-taking views of undulating mountains and plains.

Godwana Lodge: The ideal setting for a family getaway! Overlooking Bellair Dam and resembling a typical thatched Karoo homestead, each suite has endless views over the plains, Anysberg-mountains and beyond. Children of all ages will be entertained with an exciting “Kids on Safari” program.

DAY 4 AND 5 – SANBONA WILDLIFE RESERVE – According to the program to be informed locally by the lodge ranger, you will take part in a morning and afternoon game drive, including a walking safari.

DAY 6 – SANBONA WILDLIFE RESERVE / CAPE TOWN – Breakfast at the lodge. Return road transfer back to Cape Town. Check-in to hotel of choice. Rest of the day at leisure.

DAY 7 – CAPE TOWN / COUNTRY OF ORIGIN – Morning at leisure. At time to be informed, transfer to Cape Town Airport. Depart to your country of origin or opt to extend your trip.
